Ordering Information:

All orders placed with Family Baby Buys are placed securely through our SSL enabled shopping cart.  All orders are shipped upon receipt of payment and payments must be made in US Dollars.  Orders are normally shipped within 1 or 2 business days after receipt of your payment.  If for some reason, we are unable to ship within our 2-day shipping window, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping Information and Rates:

Our standard shipping is done through the USPS.  Shipping charges are based on the total value of the items purchased.  Below is the shipping chart for items shipped within the US:

   $0.01 - $9.99 Shipping is $3.95
   $10.00 - $19.99 Shipping is $4.95
   $20.00 - $29.99 Shipping is $6.95
   $30.00 - $49.99 Shipping is $7.95
   $50.00 - $74.99 Shipping is $8.95
   $75.00 - $99.99 Shipping is $9.95
   $100.00 or more = FREE Shipping

International shipping charges are determined on a per order basis.  For estimated shipping charges to your address, please contact us prior to placing your order. 

Payment: 

Payment will be collected via PayPal.  You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover or if you have one, you can pay directly with your PayPal account. 

Sales Tax: 

For Pennsylvania customers, we are required to collect PA sales tax of 6% which will be applied to the total invoice.

Return Policy:

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt if still in NEW re-sellable condition.  You must first contact Family Baby Buys to arrange the return.  Once the item is received a refund will be given.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable.
